Tritons in a team prayer before their game.

The Mission of the Triton Spirit Youth Basketball Program is to provide an opportunity for any boy between the 3rd and 8th Grades to play basketball in a tournament environment, work on skill development and develop an excitement about playing basketball in High School.

The Vision for the Triton Spirit Youth Basketball Program is to provide an affordable opportunity for any boy in the Greater Green Bay Area who is between the 3rd and 8th grade an opportunity to play tournament basketball. It is also the vision of this program that each boy will develop the knowledge, mental and physical skills necessary for high school basketball by participating in the Triton Spirit program.

The vision continues with the 3rd and 4th grade playing in 4 to 5 tournaments and having the opportunity to participate in open gyms during the summer to work on skill development. The teams will be put together based on equal talent if there are enough boys to have more than one team. Teams in grades 5th through 8th will have no more than 9 players on them and no fewer than 8 players. For 3rd & 4th grade the maximum number of players will be 12 per team although it will be preferred to be less.

The vision for 5th through 8th grade is that they will be playing 5 to 8 tournaments with the final tournament being the State Invitational Tournament.
